Terms & Engagement
These notes explain how private AI assessments, training sessions and implementation projects are usually handled.

Assessments and proposals
A first assessment is used to understand your business problem, privacy concerns and likely use case. Any paid project work will be agreed separately with a clear scope, deliverables, price and expected timeline.
Private AI projects
Offline, self-hosted and open-source AI projects depend on the use case, hardware, data sensitivity, staff needs and support requirements. Recommendations are made after reviewing those constraints.
Human review
AI outputs should be reviewed by a suitable person before they are used for client work, legal work, medical decisions, financial decisions or operational decisions that carry risk.
Privacy and sensitive data
Do not send sensitive files through the general contact form. If a project requires document, recording or system review, an agreed review process will be arranged first.
Compliance and legal advice
Gen AI Solutions can help design privacy-conscious AI workflows and staff policies, but this website does not provide legal advice. For GDPR, employment, sector-specific or contractual advice, speak with an appropriate professional adviser.
Support
Support can be agreed as part of a project or arranged afterwards. This may include troubleshooting, staff refreshers, updates and help expanding from one private AI use case to another.
