Contact forms and enquiries

When you send an enquiry, the form collects the details you choose to provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, sector, budget range and message.

Please do not send sensitive files, client records, medical information, legal documents or confidential business files through the general contact form. If sensitive material needs to be reviewed, we will agree a safer process first.

How your information is used

Enquiry information is used to reply to you, assess whether Gen AI Solutions can help, arrange a discovery call and prepare relevant recommendations. Your enquiry details are not sold.

Form processing

This static website uses FormSubmit to send contact form messages to the business email inbox. You can avoid the form and email directly at david.mcelligott@hotmail.com.

Analytics and conversion tracking

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand broad website usage and whether visitors use key calls to action, such as contact form submissions, assessment request links and email links.

Analytics events do not include message text, document names, client names, medical details, legal details, financial records, staff data or other confidential business information. Advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation signals are disabled in the site analytics configuration.

If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, the site does not load the Google Analytics script.

Private AI projects

For project work, data handling is discussed before any files, recordings or internal documents are reviewed. Offline, local and self-hosted options can be designed so sensitive information remains within your controlled environment.
